On January 27th, as the world marked 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz, people across Europe paused to honour the past, each in their own way, yet bound together in a shared ritual of remembrance.

This date also marks the annual focal point of our programme for Theatre of Remembrance 2025. In ten locations across Europe, these were not just meaningful performances; they were living echoes of survival, resilience, and the unbreakable human spirit.
