Atelier van Herinnering (“Studio of Memory”) is a free educational tool for personal and local education about the Second World War. The website, featuring over a hundred war stories and free teaching materials, originated from the many special youth projects of Theater Na de Dam.

Atelier van Herinnering has multiple functions:

Archive : We make the most beautiful and significant stories we have gathered from the youth projects accessible so that they are preserved forever.

Education: History and Social Studies teachers, as well as theater teachers, can use the stories on Atelier van Herinnering in their lessons year-round and free of charge.

Inspiration: Atelier van Herinnering is also a place where makers of youth projects can find their inspiration. Theatre is at the core of each of these components of education.
