Teatr Brama was founded as a community theatre group in 1996 in Goleniów, Poland.

Their activities are still community-orientated, focussing on revolutionising the relationship between artists and the audience. In the last 25 years, they have created their own artistic working method, based on team building and common creations where there is a direct influence of actions on the shape of the script

Besides their annual festivals, Teatr Brama is involved in informal educational activities for target groups with diverse backgrounds (e.g. workshops for children, young- adults, and seniors) with the overall vision to improve the quality of life in the community and create a richer cultural life in Goleniów.
