Post Bellum Czech Republic, a non-governmental, non-profit organisation based in Prague, focussing on remembrance.

Founded in 2001, PBCZ documents the memories of witnesses of the historical phenomenon of the 20th century and tries to pass these stories on to the broader public.

They implemented “The memory of nation,” a public online database which is one of the largest collections of life in Europe with over 10,481 testimonials of the direct witness of Nazism and Communism. The Memory of Nations provides a common place for storing and publishing recordings of witness interviews.
